Warranty & Returns
All our items will enjoy 30 days money-back and 12-month worry-free warranty.
YunSen warrants this hardware product to be free from defects in workmanship and materials, under normal use and service, for the following length of time from the date of purchase from us, unless otherwise stated in the individual warranty agreement.
- One (1) year for all parts except battery.
- Six (6) months for battery.
YunSen shall not be responsible for any software, firmware, information, or memory data of Customer contained in, stored on, or integrated with any products returned to YunSen for repair, whether under warranty or not.
Faulty Product / DOA
Dead- or Defective-on-Arrival, is defined as a product completely fails to function or exhibits a defect in materials or workmanship within the first forty-eight (48) hours of installation but no later than 30 days after the date of receipt of product, and this is verified by us.
Once we have received the goods back at YunSen we will test the product for the fault. If the fault is verified we will either:
- Try to repair the item.
- If we are unable to repair we will replace with the same item.
- If we are unable to replace we will issue a refund in line with our refund policy.
If the goods you have returned are not found faulty by out trained technicians the goods will be returned to you at your cost.
Cancel Contract / Returns Policy
You have the right to cancel the contract for your purchase within 30 days of receipt (For example, If you changed your mind, Incorrect Item[s] Delivered or Item[s] Received Fault / Damaged). The item must not be used and must be ‘as New’ and Original Box when returned to us. Once the item is received at YunSen, we will issue a full refund for the product to your original payment method.
To cancel a contract, please inform us in writing within 30 days of receipt.
We recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service. Note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error. You should be aware that once we begin the delivery process, you will not be able to cancel any contract you have with us for services carried out by us (for example, postage and packing). If you do not return the goods delivered to you or do not pay the costs of delivery, we shall be entitled to deduct the direct costs of recovering the goods from the amount to be re-credited to you.
